Digital Transformation Specialist – Sofia

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into analytical and automation solutions.
• Draft technical specifications for new technologies and track their implementation end-to-end.
• Define innovation needs across the business (chatbots, mobile applications, integrations).
• Prepare management analyses and recommendations for technical and process improvements.
• Build scripts and automations to eliminate manual work and repetitive activities.
• Analyze manual and recurring tasks across administrative, operational, and sales teams and propose automation opportunities.
• Develop internal applications, scripts, or microservices (Python, Power Automate).
• Document the architecture and logic of each tool to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Implement system controls for automation execution (schedulers, logs, alerts/notifications).
• Work closely with Risk, Finance, and IT teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science (or a related analytical field), Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Additional qualification in Data Science, Python programming, or Risk Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Mandatory experience in a credit institution (bank, non-banking financial institution, leasing company, fintech).
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Ability to design and work with coded analytical logic.
• ETL experience at an analytical level.
• Experience with credit scoring models and migration analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL and working with databases is an advantage.
• Proactive mindset and strong orientation toward automation.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-ready solutions.
